The Premier Padel circuit returned to Rome, and it didn’t disappoint. The 2025 edition of the Italy Major was filled with top-level action, fierce rivalries, and well-earned victories — both in the men’s and women’s draws. In the heart of Rome, Chingalán stole the show once again… while Brea & Triay proved they’re stronger than ever.
👑 Galán & Chingotto dominate and lift another trophy
The duo everyone’s talking about delivered once again. Alejandro Galán and Federico Chingotto — known across the padel world as Chingalán — claimed the title in dominant fashion, beating Di Nenno and Stupaczuk 6-2, 6-2 in the final.
From the first point, Galán and Chingotto controlled the tempo, combining power and precision. Their teamwork and chemistry continue to impress, and this victory further cements their status as the pair to beat in 2025.
“We’re playing with confidence, but above all, we’re enjoying ourselves. That makes a difference,” Galán said after the win.
💥 Triay & Brea take revenge in a battle of giants
In the women’s final, Delfi Brea and Gemma Triay bounced back from their Qatar Major defeat in the best way possible — by defeating world number ones Paula Josemaría and Ari Sánchez 6-3, 6-4.
It was a match full of intensity and small margins, but this time Brea and Triay stayed solid when it mattered most. Their mix of calmness and aggression gave them the edge, marking an important win in their growing partnership.
“This tournament was really special. We’ve been working for this moment and knew our game would come together,” said Brea after the match.
